Article is devoted to a solution of the problem of formation of positive communicative installations for the purpose of improvement of quality of professional interaction. Communicative installation acts as the professional characteristic of the expert defining it the professional perception, thinking and behavior also is defined as readiness for activity of a certain orientation in the course of the communicative interaction, connecting in system elements of a situation of communication with last experience of the person, initiating thus a certain course of a reasoning and actions. Formation of communicative installation is caused by need for effective communication and conditions of satisfaction of this requirement therefore in article features of formation and manifestation of requirement for the positive relations and those features of the organization and management of pedagogical process which could promote formation of communicative installations are considered. Levels, components, strategy, technologies, character of the organization of activity in the course of formation of positive communicative installation are considered also.
