THE ROLE OF THE CONDITIONS OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS-ECOLOGISTS

The comparative analysis of features of systems of formal and informal additional professional education of teachers-ecologists showed that informal education is more flexible on a number of parameters. Researches of mass experience of realization of educational programs of postgraduate preparation of teachers-ecologists in the conditions of formal education showed that increase of level of professional competence of teachers-ecologists happens, generally at the expense of development of a cognitive component. During experiment it was established that development of educational programs in the conditions of informal education, provided development of motivational, cognitive, operational, communicative and analitiko-reflexive teachers-ecologists making to professional competence. Realization of the allocated conditions of informal education is carried out through traditional (business games, debatable occupations, master classes) and innovative (analysis of cases, carrying out occupations in a format of consulting, coaching and a mentoring) types of pedagogical interaction. In a context of updating and innovative development of system of additional professional education of teachers the potential of informal education, its contents, forms and technologies represents rather great interest.
