Conducted analysis of the state national policy of the Russian Federation from the point of view of the objectives of education of personality and model of the teacher. Using the methods of the review of the literature and long-pedagogical observation proves the viability of educational technology learning, on the one hand, creating pedagogical conditions of ethnic socialization of personality in the activities of communication, on the other - the forming ethno-cultural competence of a teacher. On the basis of years of teaching practice is offered formula of realization of the model of the global generation personalities, rooted in their own cultures, but open to the world, through the introduction of pedagogical communication in the dynamic structures of society. Social interaction as a collectivity in the learning process, as well as high moral and ethical status of the teacher - the main provision of the quality of educational work in modern educational institutions.
