The article presents the importance of the development of information-technological ware higher pedagogical education in the penetration of information and communication-technologion in all areas of modern pedagogical university. Presenting the position of modern scientists and educators in determining the direction of the main levels learning and milestones learning pedagogy students. On the basis of the analysis of scientific papers in the field of education informatization disclosed a means of presenting educational material, based on the use of information and communication technologies. Particular attention is given to the justification of the universality of the modern computer as the primary means of information and communication technology training. Stating the author’s conclusions results explore issues aimed at developing a methodology of information-technological warepedagogical education.
