Article is devoted to the analysis of communication barriers in creation of the optimizing youth environment of international interaction in polycultural space of Russian-speaking regions. In this work the-level dichotomy of barriers of communication and interaction is given in the multinational environment, and the role modern pedagogically technologies in optimization of this Wednesday due to prevention and correction of the specified barriers is shown. As a methodological basis of research authors took akmeological approach to formation of educational training space of the personality, axiological approach to the organization of process of sociocultural interaction in the multiethnic environment, the principles of pedagogics of cooperation. On the basis of the specified approaches problems of inclusion of younger generation of dynamically developing diasporas in sociocultural space of Russian-speaking regions were defined. The following educational models are developed for the solution of the specified tasks: rigid standard, soft selective, personal developing, making active and dispositional. Technologies of their realization in polycultural space of interethnic interaction are described.
