This article is devoted to the development of ethical and legal culture of the information activities of students in the use of computer, global networks and Internet services. The author points out of ethical and legal problems of students’ information activities which arised in the use of computers and network services. The author proposes to use situational task, the situation-trap, task-trap, the tasks with using computer virtualizers on the lessons of computer science as an effective means of developing ethical and legal culture of students’ information activities. The article is an explanation of each type of tasks and their impact on the development of ethical and legal culture of information activities of students. The author offers examples of situational task, the situation-trap, task-trap, the tasks with using computer virtualizers and also particular their use in science lessons in high school.
