PREPARING STUDENTS SPEECH PATHOLOGISTS TO CORRECTIONAL WORK WITH ELEMENTS OF ZVUKOPROIZNOSHENIYA PHONETICALLY RHYTHM IN INSTITUTIONAL CARE

System of higher education in modern conditions it is necessary to give a new quality and social status, suggesting it as a special understanding of the scope, the primary objective of which is the advanced training of highly qualified specialists, including pathologists and special institutions. For the realization of the main objectives of the reform of higher education is necessary to increase the level of training of qualified personnel. However, the actual implementation of long-term plans for social and economic development of Kazakhstan, in our view, is primarily dependent on the level of health of the younger generation. In this regard, of particular concern, especially in the last years of the Republic Kazakhstan, causes the growth of the number of children with disabilities. In modern conditions, there are new requirements for the education of the younger generation, the level and quality of training. Special institutions need speech pathologists owning the fundamental knowledge of modern methodological approaches aimed at creating a system of psychological-pedagogical conditions for tier organization of mental processes and the development of a child’s speech.
