The subject of this article is the issue of state - social interaction in the process of legal education. The author reveals the concept of «legal education», «public resources», «public legal education resources». Substantiates the idea that the educational environment of the institution should be focused on building a system of state - social interaction at the field of legal education. Describes the forms of cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities, educational institutions and community organizations. The capabilities of public resources provide effective conditions for achieving the goals and objectives of legal education, contribute to the implementation of new forms and methods of legal education, increase the possibilities of the educational institutions, implement the state policy on expansion of educational space and the involvement in the educational process of the government, social institutions of society.
