In the modern era, the aesthetic culture of each nation, embodying both aesthetic and spiritual, moral, ethical ideals of society becomes an important factor in the training of the younger generation. Because of its specific features, folk art, particularly the art of textiles, creates the conditions for introducing students to the cultural heritage of the peoples of Dagestan. In the process of familiarizing students to the art of textiles Dagestan in class fine arts, decorative arts and humanities in general, teachers need to consciously and deliberately stand in positions orchestration historical patterns of folk art traditions with a potential global culture. To better address the educational and educational problems in familiarizing students to the art of textiles Dagestan, consider using examples of folk artists.
