PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMING OF INFORMATION AND RESEARCH COMPETENCE

Most of the researchers, engaged in the problems of modern education, believe that a properly balanced complex of pedagogical conditions can significantly increase the effectiveness of the functioning of the educational system. In connection with the fact that the aim of our research is the development of, the theoretical justification and implementation of the structural-functional model of development of information and research competence of pupils on the basis of system-activity-and competence-based approaches, there is a necessity of consideration of pedagogical conditions, to ensure its effective functioning. We believe that the decision of problems of development of information and research competence of students of General secondary schools, in our opinion, it is possible to account two aspects: the organizational – organization of educational process, on the basis of developed by us structurally-functional models; personal interaction of subjects of the educational process in the course of implementation of outreach activities.
