In the article essence of ethnic pedagogy views is disclosed as spiritual wisdom of people, determination of concept, components and functional value of views is given. An author considers that ethnic pedagogy views reflect ideas, ideals, values not only, but also methods and ways of achievement of these ideals and options specify. It is also underlined in the article, that democracy and humanism of the educational system are always explained by nationality. An author grounds the folk sources of the pedagogical systems of great teachers, distinguishes meaningfulness of them in the spiritually-moral becoming of personality of children. On determination of the author, every pedagogical system is logical continuation of folk wisdom and has a qualificatory value in spiritual and cultural reproduction of people. Analysis of opinion, scientific papers of the great educators allows deeper to come to know historical evolution of ethno-cultural framework of pedagogic thinking of people.
