THE EXPERIENCE OF FORMING SOCIO-CULTURAL SELF-ORGANIZATION OF STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES

The analysis of the notion «social-cultural self-organization», which is understood as a process of regulating social-cultural links and relations that are included and which forms itself students. In the course of experimental work are formulated and the criteria and levels of formation of socio-cultural self-organization of students in the process of volunteer activities based on the use of the questionnaire and monitoring. The criteria for socio-cultural self-organization of students in the process of volunteer activities include: mastering and application in the work of the volunteer Association of special methods and techniques; work plan; independent formulation of the problems; systematization and unification of ideas expressed and proposals; self-improvement, development of their abilities; self-evaluation of the results of its activities. As a result of experiment noted the personal development of young people, developing their skills of self-organization, a significant increase in the level of criteria for socio-cultural self-organization.
