Based on the specifics and socio-economic patterns малокомплектности Northern schools of Russia, there is a need for variable solve their local problems on the basis of original of life and activity, climatic, national and regional peculiarities of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East. The socialization of children and lead a nomadic way of life with the parents, in the conditions of the GEF implementing the ideas of a new generation becomes especially actual for the implementation and protection of the rights of children and their families. It should be noted that, if in the majority of regions of the country in implementing the principle of «national-regional component of education is only meant for the modification of the content of education for Northern regions of Russia is more and changes in the organization of the educational process. Naturally, the implementation of these positions at the level of subject of the Federation requires rather large investments, which confirms the need for the conservation of the state policy of protectionism for indigenous peoples of the North.
