COMPETENCE APPROACH TO THE DESING OF POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION COLLEGE TEACHERS

The description of the conducted theoretical and experimental studies on the development of the actual content of vocational training college teachers on the basis of competence, as the most adequate to modern attestation requirements of state regulations to the level of training of teachers in secondary vocational education. Disclosure of author’s course «Psychological and pedagogical competence of the teacher», aimed at creating a scientific and pedagogical thinking and psycho-pedagogical competence of teachers colleges diversified training. Describes some of the results of the implementation of this program in the actual process of teacher training colleges, proving the feasibility of the proposed large-scale introduction of the course in postgraduate teacher training college teachers.
