ON THE ISSUE ABOUT FORMATION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RESULTS OF STUDY IT SPECIALISTS IN CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The article highlights one of the ways to solve the actual problem - the quality assurance of continuing professional education on the basis of harmonizing the requirements of the labor market and the education community to the learning outcomes of the individual. Given the dynamics of the development of information technology for the IT industry’s search for solutions to this problem is of particular importance. The paper presents a systematic picture of continuing education, based on the review of the system properties analyzed the problem areas in its structure. As a basic means to resolve the identified «bottlenecks» for a system of continuing professional education in the field of IT industry qualifications framework is proposed. The presented results of the study can be useful in the development of requirements for the learning outcomes of IT professionals in continuing professional education, development of systems of certification and certification training, as well as in similar studies in the direction of improving the system of Continuing Professional Education of the Russian Federation.
