The article explains the effectiveness of tutor support educational-professional self-actualization of the future expert in the context of dialogical ideas. It is associated with the implementation of the pedagogical conditions, such as the organization of interaction between tutors and students based on absolute trust in their relationship, active and open dialogue and co-operations; account of subjective learners’ experience, individualization and differentiation of content, forms and methods of teaching and tutoring support educational-professional self-actualization of the future expert in high school. The authors reveal the essence of educational-professional self-actualization of the future expert, the features of tutor support as a mechanism for educational-professional student’s self-actualization discloses the content of tutor to supervise the educational-professional self-actualization of the future specialist in high school on the basis of dialogue interaction. Such forms of tutor support educational-professional self-actualization of the future specialist as group and personal consultation, counseling, meetings, mentoring, coaching can serve as basis for dialogue interaction of educational process at the university.
