THE MODEL OF PEDAGOGICAL MAINTENANCE OF SELF-DETERMINATION OF SENIORS IN THE SPHERE OF WORKING TRADES

The article proves the effectiveness of the model of pedagogical maintenance of self-determination of seniors in the sphere of working trades. The content of the model is revealed on the basis of a technological support of the given process. The structure of a developed model consists of the following components: purposes, stages, teaching environment, technologies, a variety of methods and techniques to promote self-determination of seniors in the sphere of working trades. This model is considered as a way to build a system of joint activity of subjects of self-determination process, providing diagnosed and predictable result of self-determination of seniors in the sphere of working trades in the changing educational and professional activity of seniors, as systematic and consecutive embodiment in practice pre-designed self-determination of seniors in the sphere of working trades. The model reflects stage-by-stage expansion of the «image I in the working trade» and in the following order: the purpose, the means, the process and the result. This article describes the content of pedagogical activities at every technological stage.
