The structural-functional model of the valuable relation to the family was developed and theoretically substantiated; criteria and indicators of formation of this personal education identified. Based on the specifics assignment of values personality was found, that valuable relation to the family at the high school students performs the following functions: cognitive, emotional reinforcement, semantic and regulatory-prognostic. Along with the functions the essence of the valuable relation to the family at the high school students revealed in its structure, which identified the following components: cognitive, emotional-semantic, activity. These components considered in the allocation criteria and indicators considered manifestations of personal education: the completeness and consistency of knowledge about the value of “family”; maturity of emotional expression; the degree of awareness of the importance of personal and social values of “family”; maturity of educational abilities. So, the valuable relation to the family due to the high school student knowledge of its essence, the appropriate emotional attitude to him, perception of the family as personally and socially significant value, as well as the implementation of activity-related aspects of the valuable relation to the family.
