Describing the experimental work stages of the represented pedagogical condition’s realization, the author of the article defines a networking as one of the most common and popular forms of modern teenagers’ communication. Havingthe potential of forming activity, educational networking involves intensive communicative activity of educational processparticipants, diversity and change of the types, forms, methods of activity, it has a directed-managed character and presents an effective mechanism of interactive learning. This type of interaction was aimedat the enrichment of the cognitive component of theteenager’s personalitystructure by using Internet resources in educational activity: e-mail, e-libraries, educational sites, portals, blogs; at the development of external and internal motivation to undertaken activities (to a foreign language learning); at the recognition of educational, personality-developing networkingpotential outsidethe school.
