PROGNOSTICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT ON THE BASIS OF MONITORING OF APPLICATION OF VARIABLE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS

The transformation of unified education to the education in correspondence with one’s interests and abilities provides social customers and educational establishments with the possibility of choosing appropriate to one’s needs system of education. Under the conditions of implementation of FESS it is impossible to create personality centered developmental model of mass primary school without solving actual questions connected with the choice of the ways of education organization; provision of education succession according to the stages of education; purposeful preparation of educators, heads of educational establishments for work with the application of variable systems on the basis of diagnostics of difficulties of main professional activity. Monitoring of application of variable educational systems; analysis of choice factors of educational programs by primary school teachers, learners’ parents; studying difficulties of variable educational systems in school enable to prognose development of school of the first stage as well as to implement purposeful and qualitative preparation of future teachers. Results of the research having been conducted on the basis of long-term personal pedagogical experience of dynamics of implementation of variable systems; teachers and parents’ attitude to variable education make it possible to view the situation meaningly.
