PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY OF THE STUDENTS OF SECONDARY PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The analysis of pedagogical conditions of the organization of students‘ educational and research activity is carried out in the article. The transition of educational institution to work on FGOS SPO in modern conditions nominated a problem of development of a complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for formation of research skills of students of college. From a position of modern requirements not only training of specialists of an average link became the main objective of SPO system, but also creation of conditions for the development of creatively active personality which can realize research functions in professional activity. The organization of research activity stimulates students to the solution of professional tasks that meets the requirements of preparation of the modern expert in the presence of pedagogical conditions: the need of continuous improvement of pedagogical skill; the accounting of specific features of students at a choice of a research subject; the development and use of didactic providing for effective research activity; the realization of interaction of a teacher and a student.
