The article presents the analysis of the Federal State Educational Standard of professional education, the contents of the basic educational programs in the subjects of professional cycle of professional training 050100.62 Pedagogical education (professional educational profile Physical Education). The author defines main professionally important competences of the bachelors of physical education according to the aim of the basic educational program. The article also presents complex diagnostics directed on the defining the level of development of physical qualities (general physical fit), formedness of motorial skills of swimming training (special physical training). Defined students suffering from hydrophobia and defined its levels. Psychoemotional background of the bachelor students of Physical Education was analyzed for defining the level of anxiety and the level and type of aggressive reactions. The results of the research stipulated the necessity of realization of adapted organization and methodological measures directed on forming Bachelors’ of Physical Education professionally important competences at the classes of sport swimming. The researcher used the methodology of surmounting of hydrophobia in the conditions of swimming pool in combination with compulsory studying of sport ways of swimming through optimal developing of physical qualities, teaching the methodology of swimming training through individual passing of all the study stages regardless of the level of swimming training. These organization and methodological measures conducted in the process of study and training classes of sport swimming helped to solve successfully particular tasks directed on the forming of professional competences of the Bachelors of Physical Education.
