MODEL OF FORMATION OF VALUABLE MOTIVES OF INFORMATIVE ACTIVITY OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Article is devoted to an actual problem of formation of valuable motives of informative activity of future bachelors of the vocational training, called further to carry out preparation of highly skilled personnel. In it the concept «valuable motive of informative activity of future bachelors of vocational training» is characterized, the structurally functional model of formation of valuable motives of informative activity of future bachelors of vocational training taking into account specifics of their preparation in higher education institution to implementation of professional and pedagogical activity is presented. By authors are shown, in unity and the interrelations structural components of this model possessing directing, reformative, smysloobrazuyushchy, organizing functions, from a position of deyatelnostny, aksiologichesky and kompetentnostny approaches. Productivity of development and realization of this model is confirmed by means of the analysis of the techniques, allowing to reveal level of formation of valuable motives of informative activity of future bachelors of vocational training.
