The following matter has been considered: intensification of self-evolution of the pupil’s personality by means of psychological and pedagogical support under conditions of orientation to the evolution of personality, to the conscience of itself by this personality.Basic needs and technology of self-evolution of personality are determined. The dynamic three-stage model called „Intensification of self-evolution of the pupil’s personality“ is considered. Each its component is analyzed as well as efficiency criteria of self-evolution of the pupil’s personality in the course of educational activities. Psychological and pedagogical conditions are highlighted which are oriented to the self development of the personality of a pupil in the educational space. Among them the following conditions should be specified: joint activities of pupils, teachers, psycologists, developing diagnostics, trainings oriented to personal development and self-development, psychological consulting on problems of activation of self-development. The following conclusion has been drawn: there is a necessity of psychological and pedagogical support of a personality which is lent in the context of positive accompaniement.
