PEDAGOGICAL ANALYSIS FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE SOCIAL WORKER IN THE REGIONAL CONTEXT

В article describes one of the variants of statement and justification проблемы formation of professional competence of social workers in the regional context. It is noted that in the theory and practice of social education there were certain preconditions for consideration-rhenium professional competence of social workers as pedagogical category and innovative resource for society, for the development of an appropriate model of its formation. Re-produced the analysis aimed to identify methodological foundations of the study, ten regional tendencies, substantiation of conceptual bases of the process of formation, argumentation pedagogic conditions, focused on the formation of professional competence of social workers in conditions of the region. Suggests that there is a completely new approach to formation of professional competence of social workers, based on existing social and national-regional traditions development of the region as a subject of the Russian Federation.
