PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF TEACHER’S METHODOLOGICAL THINKING DEVELOPMENT IN THE PROCESS OF COLLECTIVE RESEARCH ACTIVITY

The article presents results of research work devoted to pedagogical conditions of teacher’s methodological thinking development in the process of collective research activity. The authors disclose the concepts of methodological thinking and development of teacher’s methodological thinking, based on modern psychological and pedagogical conceptions. The substance of the notion “methodological thinking” is wider than solving concrete pedagogical problems in methods of teaching subject. Taking into account activity character of phenomenon, the researchers consider collective research activity as the means of methodological thinking development. The distinct features of this kind of pedagogical activity are described in the article. It is justified that effective development of methodological thinking is possible at the process of collective research activity in specific pedagogical conditions. Special attention is paid to the principal theses served as basis to the pedagogical conditions. According with this, such pedagogical conditions as use of methods intensifying teachers’ thinking activity in the process of course and intercourse training, creation of virtual university at an institute of training teachers and organization of teachers’ interaction based on non-linear didactic are allocated.
