OPERATIONALLY ACTIVE COMPONENT MODEL FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE SOCIAL WORKER IN THE REGIONAL CONTEXT

The article considers the problem of formation of operational activity integrative component of the functional-dynamic model of formation of professional competence of social workers in the regional context. Research methodology presents approaches: personality-activity, competence and situational, as fundamental in the rationale of the procedure, the level of professional competence. Theoretical bases include a holistic conceptual understanding of activities, structure of the psychological system activities, the concept of the social situation, socio - and student-oriented technologies. Operationally active component is defined through a set of basic and technological competencies. The final results of formation of operational activity component of the model are presented in the chart. Analysis of the results allows to judge about the success conducted a formative experiment.
