The article considers the questions of introduction of modern information and communication technologies in practice of the organization of research activity of students at the University. It is offered to use a specially created virtual research environment «Young Researcher» for involvement of the students to educational and research activity.The purpose of the use of the developed environment is the formation of readiness to teaching and research activity of universities’ undergraduate students.The special generator written in the C# language is applied to creation of individual research tasks.The conducted pedagogical experiment confirmed the positive dynamics of the students’ readiness to teaching and research activity on condition that this activity is organized in the virtual research environment.During experiment the advantages of the offered technique are revealed.
