EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AS A FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF THE LEGAL CULTURE OF HIGH SCHOOL

In this paper, we consider the peculiarities of the legal culture of high school students to educational institutions in extracurricular activities and the current approaches to its implementation. The legal culture is represented, how a psychological new growth of the personality, and also ways of self-determination, self-affirmation, the self-realization, the causing relations of the pupil, as subject of the interpersonal interaction, being expressed in partially realized and endured requirement and readiness for implementation of lawful and socially significant activity. In article factors of formation of legal culture of seniors in extracurricular activities, as the reasons, driving forces of this process where the originality of process of formation of legal culture of seniors in extracurricular activities is considered are allocated. Results of experimental work on formation of legal culture at modern school are presented.
