INFORMATION AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS MEANS OF FORMATION ADMINISTRATIVE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF SERVICE

The article shows the relevance of formation of one of professional competence of future bachelors of the service sphere. This competence is administrative competence. In this article the concept of administrative competence is viewed, its main components are defined: professional component, personal component, valuable component, reflexive and productive component. It is proved that formation of administrative competence of future bachelor of service is carried out in educational process of modern Higher education institution by means of in a special way simulated information and professional environment which is considered within educational space of modern Higher education institution as an integrative component of information and professional environments. The relevance of the information and professional environment is considered in the article. It is shown as means of formation of administrative competence, its component structure is defined, the essence of the information and professional environment and its role in educational process of Higher education institution is considered.
