Monitoring improves the accuracy of assessment, monitoring and prediction of the test quality, which will further allow to determine experimentally the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of the competitiveness of the graduates with disabilities. Monitoring involves the determination of indicators, goals and objectives. Indicators of successful formation of quality competitiveness of students are: the level of development of individual-personal qualities; the level of development of key competencies; level of motivation to succeed in the profession. The competitiveness of the graduates - the ability to achieve success in their professional activity in the conditions of competition on the basis of core competencies and resource mobilization individual personality traits. From the definition it is clear that one of the main factors forming the competitiveness of university students is a key competence. In the process of monitoring the formation of competitive high school graduates with disabilities, analyzes the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions such as: block of lectures and seminars “Fundamentals konkurentologii”, revealing the content of the competitiveness of the students of the university and its components; Training of personal growth, aiming at the development of personal qualities, interconnected with the components of competitiveness; active learning methods aimed at the formation of special competence; e-learning environment Moodle, implementing information and control, learning the functions of professional disciplines training.
