PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION AS A COMPONENT OF MULTI-CHANNEL «INPUT» TO PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSION

Authors’ approach to the main innovations of the process of modernizing pedagogical education is discussed. They include professional examination, multi-channel «input» to pedagogical profession and teacher’s professional standard. Their interrelations and interconnections influencing the efficiency of professional training at higher school are established. Specifics of the main scenarios of «input» to pedagogical profession is characterized, main problems of agreement between the professional and educational standards are determined at the level of the indices of requirement fulfillment. The role, content and organizational specifics of the professional examination are shown and its status and place in the structure of the multi-channel «input» to pedagogical profession are defined. The importance of the process of high quality training of future teachers in accordance with the high standards of the teacher is shown. The procedure of organizing a professional examination is presented ant its result is characterized.
