The analysis of the system of methodical training teachers, in particular biology teacher, revealed its shortcomings at the present stage of development of society and the tendencies of further development. Analyzes the professional model of training. Indicates the need for a qualitative change in the system of vocational training of future teachers of biology. Changes have to touch the scope of the content of methodical education, technology, training and education. The forms, methods aimed at the efficient preparation of the future teachers of biology, having professional competences. Particular attention is paid to the study of the prevailing educational conditions aimed at the effective training of the future teacher of biology. Revealed a number of interesting trends methodical training of the future teachers to innovate in the modern school. The article is scientifically proved a new concept in the preparation of professionals in demand in the labor market.
