FORMATION OF RESILIENCE OF A PERSON PEDAGOGUES BASED VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY

The characteristic of the concepts of volunteer activities students pedagogical high school the, in the process which the formation of valuable orientations, personal resources, which are protective factors against substance use. A comparative analysis of the structural components of resilience based on psychological and pedagogical researches. Implemented experimental research of coping strategies, the level of subjective control, the level of resilience future pedagogues and revealed that volunteer activities of students promotes formation of structural components of resilience. Were revealed pedagogical conditions of efficiency of formation resilience personality future pedagogues on the basis of volunteer activities. Resilience is considered by us as a pedagogical goals nonspecific prevention of addictive behavior among youth. Results of experimental research have confirmed that volunteer activities are a factor contributing to the formation of resilience as a personal quality of future pedagogues.
