«PEDAGOGY OF MEANING» AS A FACTOR OF THE INCREASING QUALITY OF THE TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

The increasing of the teacher’s professional training quality requires to take into consideration the following invariable elements of the educational process in the higher educational establishment: the human being, the content of education, the pedagogical interaction. For that reason it is sensible to transform the given elements in several directions: a) changing the students’ attitude to the professional pedagogical activity by means of its incorporation into the sphere of personal meanings of the future teacher; b) comprehensible structuring and the completion of the content of education in order to contribute to the creation of professionally relevant personal meanings; c) the organization of the pedagogical interaction as an effective form of pedagogical communication and activity enabling the position change of the participants of the educational process. The process of the professional training of the future teachers in the terms of the meaningful paradigm is characterized by the following notions: the communicative basis carried out in the pedagogical communication (it contributes to the multitude of meanings of the educational process in the higher educational establishment: social-developing, cognitive, individual-developing); the interaction of the life activity contexts of students as future teachers (social –cultural and subject-personal), informational basis of the transformation of life meaningful orientations of future teachers (information about yourself, about «others», about the profession etc.); the priority of the subject-personal mechanisms of regulation of the professional-cognitive activity in the educational process.
