The analysis of psycho-pedagogical and folk literature of China, dealing with various aspects of child development in the family. Peculiarities of child development in Patriarchal Chinese family: her large staff; involvement in the process of raising a child all family members, friends and distant relatives; gender differentiation in the education of boys and girls; the inheritance of activities parents and early involvement in the labor socialization; religious-philosophical foundations of family life and upbringing. Updated leading problems of modern Chinese families and identified the main directions of research in these topics: the education of one child; the revival of folk traditions of family education; preparation of the child for independent life in society; the establishment of optimal and trust relationships in the family; optimization of forms and methods of child-rearing mothers and fathers.
