The article expressed judgments about creating children in a boarding school environment for sustainability and active participation in society, through the activity inclusion in educational and social programs, in accordance with their needs and capabilities, in order to eliminate the formation of segregation and discrimination and entitlement every person to quality education. Characterized by the concept of “quality education” in a broad sense, as a factor of sustainable development of society, and narrow as a result of the educational process, which reflects the level of development of knowledge, practical skills, intellectual development and moral qualities of graduates. The concept of “quality education” is seen as a position of educational process, taking into account the hierarchy of socially significant characteristics, parameters, and with the position of the educational institution (provider), which provides a range of services adequate to the demands of the federal state educational standards, needs of individuals and society (consumers) taking into account the forecast of its activities in the future.
