ORPHANAGE EXECUTIVES ACTIVITY FOR PEDAGOGICAL STUFF AND SERVICES CONSOLIDATION, AIMED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF WARDS SOCIALIZATION

The article examines intentional determinants of orphanage staff consolidation that provide efficiency of educational work. And stages of orphanage executives activity for coordination, consolidation and organization of the united team as factor of wards socialization. Socio-cultural environment in which children grow up without parents, we see as the single biggest potential for «resonance» of motivational sense of life began in the personal coordinates students, due to the absence of the family, which forms in the child view of social relations. The staff organizing the educational process, should serve as a complete team, the team management with useful and common to all value-semantic bases of professional activity. Process of orphanage staff consolidation passes four stages described in the paper.
