FORMATION OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCES IN THE STRUCTURE OF ALL-HUMANITARIAN BASIS OF EDUCATION

Globalization and development of modern information technologies inevitably lead to expansion of interaction and interpenetration of cultures therefore as necessary structural elements of all-humanitarian basis of education come forward the cultural-infusional and cognitive-communicative components providing formation and effective development of communicative competences, i.e. abilities of effective communication and understanding in all variety of the forms of relationship between people. Generalization and systematization of the system of formed communicative competences of intercultural and intercultural aspects allowed to allocate the main components of communicative competence: ability of effective realization of communicative plans at the interactive and perceptual levels; psychological readiness for activity in new sociocultural conditions; possession of the basic bases of decoding of information of different types of verbal and nonverbal communication; possession of skills of an operational choice of the communicative structures corresponding to an interaction situation; possession of experience of role self-organization in communication situations; ability to overcoming of different background barriers (cultural, language and pragmatic); knowledge of the symbolical systems and rules of their functioning used in communication; ability to choose communicatively expedient ways of verbal and nonverbal behavior on macro- and microlevels on the basis of the control of values, norms, representation of communicants; ability to switch from one culturally specific code to another taking into account their distinctions; ability to transfer known knowledge and skills, methods of communication to conditions of a new communicative situation; ability to create new ways and to design new receptions for the solution of a concrete communicative situation.
