THE COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHER IS THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL SOCIAL REHABILITATION OF MINORS

The study of the level of development of professional competence of specialists in social-pedagogical profile, working in the system of social rehabilitation for minors. Specifics of contingent serviced, special professional skills necessary expertise for the successful solution of the task of social rehabilitation of clients of social services, the proposed system is to develop professional competence in a single value-semantic rehabilitation space within the training without interruption from work. Special attention is given to preventive activities specialists, aimed at early detection and prevention of the causes of child neglect and delinquency. Proposed educational-methodical complex development of professional competence of specialists in social and rehabilitation centres for minors (educators, psychologists and social workers) and the complex of diagnostic methods to determine the level of development of professional skills of teachers. Developed and justified model of professional training of specialists of social rehabilitation of juveniles in the system of additional professional education. Tested the developed technology for the development of professional competence, it defines the conditions of optimization of this process, developed and implemented socio-pedagogical mechanism of the organization of additional professional education of specialists in social rehabilitation centres for minors.
