ISSUES OF EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING QUALITY IN BASIC EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES OF HIGHER SCHOOL BASED ON FEEDBACK FROM GRADUATES

The article covers foreign and domestic experience of evaluation of professional training quality in higher schools based on feedback from graduates. There are characterized the functions of monitoring of graduates’ satisfaction with their professional training in higher school: informational, evaluative, prognostic, image. For their effective implementation in the system of quality management of basic educational programmes in higher school, there are suggested the possible variants of solution of the problems which may be confronted in the course of surveying graduates. By the example of the Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University there are represented the variants of solution of such issues as determination of monitoring subjects, organization of correlation with graduates of different years, choice of survey questions, as well as the mechanism of taking into consideration the survey results in management of higher school basic educational programmes.
