TOURIST CLUB AS A PEDAGOGICAL SPAСE OF SOCIALIZATION AND THE CONDITION OF SELF-REALIZATION OF PERSONALITY TEENAGER

The most important institution of socialization and self-actualization of the teenager is the Amateur Association, which promotes social activity and creates additional conditions for the creating the life position. Socialization and self-actualization of the teenager in Amateur Association promote favorable conditions for interpersonal communications. One of the most promising forms of recreation for adolescents is a tourist club, can compensate the lack of conditions of socialization and self-actualization of the teenager in other important spheres of life. Purposefully organized in the framework of tourist club tour activity of students is one of the most effective means of cognition of the surrounding world, creative development of personality and the formation of communicative culture of the person serving the basic prerequisite for successful socialization. Carried out in the form of a public Association, it provides a transition from the standardized training activities for the initiative and developing a model of collective creativity. Tourist club is the Association, formed on the basic of the theory of the environmental approach in education. School travel club as children organization has a great socializing potential. It is primarily manifested through the communicative space of the club in the course of tourist and excursion trips and travel. The social conditions of the public Association of children and youth determine educational effect manifestations of social activity of the individual.
