The process of subjectivity establishment under the conditions of higher professional education in its task-oriented pedagogical organization has to become the establishment process and systemic development of personal-professional consciousness of medical students. Subjectivity is an axiological factor that has an influence on relation system and personal values, its establishment and life-sustaining activity on the whole. Subjectness establishment is a process of student’s personality transformation under the influence of acquired professionally significant axiological orientations. Subjectness of the medical students may be considered as the leading factor in personality formation of a medical student. Axiological orientations as selective personal relations towards different sides of reality are the most important components of personal structure, and become the predominant factor in behavior motivation and action therefore forming and developing the person in personality and profession.
