At the higher technical school problems related to preparation of specialists competitive on the labor market, ready for professional growth with professional mobility are is not solved. The main cause of dissatisfaction profession is the low professionalism. The problem of fundamentalization of education, mastering by students professional competences along with common cultural is still relevant. Fundamental and the system knowledge of a higher education professional allow predicting changes of reality and the development of his own activities. In the training of future engineers it is necessary to focus on general education. Formed professional consciousness becomes a psychological mechanism of improvement of activity a specialist. Thus the basic directions of mobile specialist vocational training are offered.
