APPLICATION ANTHROPOLOGICAL APPROACH IN MODERN DOMESTIC PEDAGOGICAL THEORY AND INNOVATION EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE

The aim of the article is to highlight the issue of the application of the anthropological approach to modern-term pedagogical theory and innovative educational practices. We have identified a range of problems facing today’s education, in which decision anthropological approach is the most effective. Thus, it performs the following functions: epistemological, predictive and normative Praxeological. In the structure of the anthropological approach identified two areas of its application: a conceptual and theoretical and procedural-activity. Analysis of the scientific and educational research and effective educational experience possible to identify indicators of the use of the anthropological approach, which include: the recognition of man as the highest value, turning to the integrity of the human phenomenon, focusing on the human capacity for reflection. The article highlights and the regularities and principles of application antropological approach to conceptual theoretical field - these are the principles of integrity, reflexivity and integrity; in procedural-activity – the principles of continuity, humanitarian and socio-cultural conformity (congruity).
