The article considers the problem of psychological-pedagogical correction of the difficulties of orphans in terms of intentional dialogical environment of the theatre team, describes the concepts of intentionality, intention, intentional dialogue. Made a brief analysis of an interesting phenomenon. Considered the theory of socialization in the context of phenomenologi-existential theory. The role of socialization difficulties experienced by emerging personality in the dialogical process. Intentional dialogue is conceived as the basis of socialization, personality development and establishment of the system of interactions (interactions) and the relationship of the elements of the social structure of the society, including, of course inter-generational relationships, providing continual nature of society, its reproduction in the new generations. In the centre of the semantic system is value the experience of the individual, suggesting that it is beyond his or her subjectivity, overcoming selfishness of self, the emergence of moral responsibility to Others. Based on the experience of observing the creative samoupravleniya children reveals the significance of intentional dialogue, creating a presupposition for compensation maladjusted processes of the pupils.
