The author have done the analysis of the relationship the creativity and the teacher’s pedagogical craftsmanship. The pedagogical creativity is a mandatory component in the educational receptions of the teacher noted in the article. The author offered a method of formation of the pedagogical receptions. The algorithm is its basis with use of information technologies. The author’s method allows correcting the pedagogical receptions of the teacher formed creatively, for the purpose of elimination negative and amplification of positive factors of training taking into account collective opinion of pupils. The author indicated possibilities of application of algorithmic method for each level of pedagogical creativity. The author drew conclusions about possibility of implementation of effective feedback by means of the described method based on the made experiments, and the importance of a method both for pupils and for teachers. Work has a practical orientation.
