COMPETENCE OF SELF-CORRECTION OF PEDAGOGICAL RECEPTIONS OF A TEACHER

The author have done the analysis of the importance of competences of teacher for self-correction of pedagogical receptions. Activity of teacher together with pupils, regular studying of their opinions about educational process promotes more effective development of pupil and teacher. The author proved that we should study the development of pupils and teacher together for the purpose of cooperation realization as factor of increase of efficiency of education. The purposes of training specified in the work testify the importance of a role of pupils and teacher for process of improvement of pedagogical receptions by means of self-correction. Self-correction of pedagogical receptions is important because its promotes decrease of discomfort, fears, uneasiness of process of correction all along of absence of external persons. The author identified competences being significant for formation and development of pedagogical receptions of teacher on the basis of model of the professional standard of pedagogical activity from terms of system and activity approach. Work has a practical orientation.
