SYSTEM OF IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY OF PROFESSIONALLY PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY OF THE TEACHER IN THE EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Need of creation of system of improvement of quality of the professional and pedagogical activity of the teacher (PPAT) for the educational organization locates in article. On the basis of integration of various theoretical approaches author’s definition of the concept “quality of PPAT “ is offered, also procedures of an assessment and PPDU improvement of quality are described. The author submitted the structural analysis of improvement of quality of PPAT as bilateral process (quality management and independent actions of the teacher), allowing to reveal a wide range of the problems which decision generates need of creation of service (center) of quality of PPAT. Functioning of the center of quality is conducted in three directions: scientific and methodical providing PPAT of the teacher from administration, support of independent efforts of the teacher of improvement of quality of the PPAT and intermediary activity in resolution of conflicts between the first two directions. For the purpose of tracking of dynamics of improvement of quality of PPAT and optimization of activity of the center monitoring researches will be organized.
