SOCIAL AND CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL BASES OF NECESSITY OF FUNCTIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL CHANGES IN PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

The article reviews bases and necessity of changes in content and forms of modern pedagogical education, under the condition of global society and state informatization. Provided modern scientists and pedagogues authorial positions towards determination of necessary transformation in pedagogical education caused by social and cultural, educational and political sphere. Based on analysis of scientific works in pedagogical education field highlighted are basic characteristics of modern environment of social and cultural relationships, determined foundational system of aims of modern pedagogical process, given characteristics of new type of pedagogical education. Special attention is paid to methodological problems of pedagogical education such as stages and periods of methodological views and self-consciousness establishment. Highlighted are two independent approaches produced according to methologists and academical pedagogics towards development of pedagogical education methodology.
